Town theme (if applicable): Dr. who - it's an alien planet that is not fully developed. It's very natural and relaxing(zen) which us why various incarnations of the doctor gave chosen to retire there when they were "done" being he doctor. (Yes, I made up that own spin myself - in actual canon the old incarnations are just gone.) I live there too, because eventually I'll be a companion... I'm gonna rude that Tardis! lol
Category: intermediate; only one house is fully expanded; not all hybrids are done being placed; I'm missing 2 pwps that I'm waiting to adopt an uchi to suggest; not all rooms are done.
Desired prize: choice of 10 orderable dlc

I have a feeling that you and I are going to be good friends! I love Doctor Who as well! I love your idea! I totally need to check out your dream address lol.

I'm achieving an all cubs town but those octopus are so cute. Just waiting for 3 non-cub villagers bar the octopuses to move so I can lay the final PWPs. Made a residential island but Stitches is behind my house because he is my ultimate villager. And permanent PWPs are placed carefully. I love the camp between two ponds. So there it is. Hope you like it.

House/s: Lurai's house ~ I had to take a moment when I walked into the main room. Your choice of music, along with the sound of running water coming from the Merloin created the atmosphere for a beautiful room, but everything was so bright and didn't really match. I'm not saying that you need to have all of one set in a room. That's not what I mean by "match". I just mean that from thing to thing, the room doesn't seem to flow. It doesn't have any sort of obvious theme.
The room on the left... I'm sort of confused by it. It looks like you've collected the cabana series, put it all in the room, realised it doesn't fit, haven't been bothered to collect anymore and just bought something else. I'm all for experimenting with different kinds of furniture, but I don't think the Gracie and cabana go together. The Gracie series is to stark and heavy against the relaxed feel of the cabana series. The incorporation of parts of the Weeding Day series looks good, though. It helps make the room look more tropical and balmy, which is good.
The room out the back is smaller, but as a room, it looks better than the other two. It's full without feeling crowded, although having that screen and lamp combo makes it sort of hard to move through the room. That was just an outsider's thought. If you can move easily through your own house, it doesn't matter. I also thought that this room needed some atmospheric music. Nothing too dramatic, just something that will make the mood of the room really beautiful.
The bathroom... that was interesting. I walked in and saw the plant, the toilet, lamp, dresser, chest, chaise and bath and I was like :-O , this room is amazing, but then on the other side, everything is brown, and I was suddenly confused. One side of your bathroom looks a lot like the bathroom in my house, and the other looks more like the study or guest bedroom in a millionaire's mansion. I think it's good that you're playing around with different series and whatnot, but the ones you've picked in this room just don't seem to match.
Upstairs, I have no idea what that was supposed to be, but it felt really good. The music was energetic straight away, although it didn't really seem to match the stark colours and lighting of the room. Maybe consider softer furnishings? I don't know. That was just a thought.
I think I got a cavity just in looking at the downstairs room. I think it's probably the best room in the house. I don't really have much to say about it. One suggestion, and you can take this or leave it, but with the sweets and lovely sofas, I thought that looks great, but then I realised that you had two lovely tables. What I think would look really effective is if you replaced one of those lovely tables with the sweets table, maybe facing the lovely sofa just for interest. Other than that, I thought the room was impressive.
Ai's house ~ That main room was fairly good. I initially walked in, and wasn't really sure what I thought of it. I don't know about the carpet and the wallpaper. Personally, I didn't think they were exactly right with the rest of the room, but apart from that, I thought it all gelled really well together. The music did a great job in setting the mood for the room.
The rococo room was small, but I think that the rococo series works well in a small room. It's elegant looking, but also has the warmth that suits a sort of intimate, people orientated room. The ticking of the clock is a little eerie, though, and I feel like you could use some music to create a friendlier atmosphere.
The bathroom just really felt unfinished. All the brown made the room feel heavy, and because it's so small, it just closed the room in. I can see you're trying to carry the theme through, but you can create an Asian style bathroom that doesn't feel really small. Maybe even incorporate parts of the exotic series, but have the furniture more spaced out so it doesn't feel so closed in. That comes with a bigger room, though, and I understand that it's probably not fully expanded yet.
I thought the kitchen looked beautiful. I would have opted for a more tile-looking flooring, since carpet is a bit impractical in a kitchen, but apart from that, I thought it was elegant and sophisticated.
Upstairs, the music combined with the wallpaper, flooring, and furniture such as the rainbows and soft lighting from the lily lamp and firefly lamp made me feel like I was in the sky. some of the furniture, though, just seemed to break that because it was so heavy.
Downstairs; ooooh, dramatic. Yep, that's about all I really have to say about downstairs.

PWPs and town layout: Having most of your villagers located together down the bottom of the map gave a really nice "town" feel. The fairy-tale bench and clocks looked really beautiful together with the flowers and the path and tree stumps. I like the brick pattern you've used here better than the main one, but I was wondering why your bench isn't lined up exactly in the gap between the clocks. It's about one square off or something. The hot spring behind the villager house seemed a little odd. Is there somewhere else that you could possibly place it?

Additional comments: That path is cute, but very vibrant. I was a bit disappointed that you hadn't lined it more with bushes and/ or trees and/or flowers. Is that something you plan on doing eventually, or do you want to keep it the way it is? The more I go through your town, the more I see that you are lining your paths, which is great. They're very easy to follow. You do seem to use a lot of them, though.
I think the rooms in your houses that you have chosen to put music in just feel so wonderful. I know that picking the right soundtrack can be really difficult, but it really does make a difference to the entire atmosphere of the room. Your town is obviously still developing, but for an intermediate town, I think you've done a great job so far. My favourite area of your town was the fairy-tale bench and two clocks, which I have taken a picture of. I will upload it to my first post in a little while.

Thank you for letting me dream of your town~

~Dreaming of Luminous~

House/s: ~ObsMdkp's house ~ That facade! :-O The sleek furniture on the inside was so masculine and modern. It suited the outside of the house so well.
The room to the left, very classy. I'm not particularly a fan of the gorgeous series, honestly, but I think it goes with the feel that you're trying to create in this house. I don't think that the sloppy stereo is the right thing to put in this room, though. I'm also concerned that it lacks personality.
I love the layout of the kitchen. It's easy to walk around in and it just feels so normal. Fantasy kitchens can sometimes be so obscure. I worry, though, that there's not any kind of lighting in there. It was light when I was inside, so I could see everything, but that just seemed a little peculiar to me.
The sci-fi room upstairs looked great altogether. I've seen a few people do similar things, but I think this is the best one so far. It looks unreal. There's a lot of noise in there, and it sounds really echoy and strange, but that adds to the mood of being in outer space.
Downstairs is so cool. It is just a tad creepy (I can't quite fathom why) but it looks great. The way you've put that room together is really impressive. I didn't spend too long down there because it was making me feel really odd.

~Lemiwink's house ~ It feels a little be drab to me. I guess I just don't like the colour brown. I don't know. I thought it was cool how you'd placed the zen PWPs around his house, and then carried that theme through his house. It showed thought and planning.

~Zuri's house ~ Aww, poor dear. At least she has a hammock to sleep on.

PWPs and town layout: The cluster of resident houses looks really cool. I like that it's not in a straight line. The cluster makes it feel like a village. Your PWPs, plants, bushes and path work around the upper, left corner of the town is brilliant. The actual layout of your town is really great. The paths are easy to follow. Your PWPs don't look crowded, and the way you decorate them with flowers and whatnot makes them really special.

Additional comments: That path is incredible. I absolutely love it. That area around the plaza where you've used the different trees and roses looks so amazing. I already can't wait to see the rest of your town. My favourite part was ObsMdkp's house, and I couldn't pick the best room, so for my picture of your town, it's just of the whole house. (I've placed you in the Advanced category accordingly).

~Thank you for letting me dream of your town~
