Island Tour Dream Islands to Visit in Winter/Southern Hemisphere?

I am playing in the Northern Hemisphere and was wondering if anyone had a Dream Address for an island in the Southern Hemisphere or one that is Winter (time travel ) in Northern Hemisphere.

I was just curious what that season is like in New Horizons and I loved winter in New Leaf.
