They are tickets you receive from Luna when you update your island's dream address by sleeping on a bed in your house (you need a Nintendo Online membership to do this). They can be sold at Nook's Cranny for bells, similar to the Bell Exchange ticket that can be traded for on the Nook Miles Redemption service.
