How often do you need to update your dream address? Does it get deleted if you dont update it?

You don't ever "need" to update it; but if you want visitors to enjoy any recent changes to your town, its recommended that you do so.

After a certain time of not updating, your Dream Address is deleted.

I'm not completely sure.

I think Luna warns you about it if you talk to her about it? I don't know which option, but it may be under something that tells you what Dream Suite is.

I haven't updated in awhile, so I have a feeling mine is gone already.

I update mine because you get 5,000 bells every time you do. ^_^

All I can tell is that it lasts for at very least 2 months. I'd say that it gets lost after about half a year or so.
