Dream Address with Kidd?

I've been plot resetting for Kidd for 4 days, but I've actually never seen him in game. I might give up on him once I see him, so I need to check.

I have to update it. I've since lost Drago and Simon and replaced Drago, who was listed No. 8, with Rosie. (I intend to replace Simon, who was listed at No. 7, with Zucker.)

I think you will enjoy it. Lots of treats in the Plaza area.
