Dream address question

Ok so.. Say its raining in my game, and I go to see Luna. I ask her to update my dream address. When someone visits my town, will it also be raining? Does your town always look exactly the way it is at the time you update it?

Yes. If your town is raining when you update it, it will be raining in the dream. If you update it while there is a meteor shower, you will see a meteor shower in the dream. Same with an aurora and the cherry blossoms.
