Dragon Roost Island theme is a rip-off

Check this out...! Remember the tune "Dragon Roost Island" from Windwaker? Well, I'm pretty sure it's ripped off of Baden Powell's "Canto De Xang

but the nintendo musicans sometimes uses different things for insperation
I mean, musicans get thier insperations from different kinds of music

from Winwaker, it sounds more lively, while this one is more soft,

Huuuuh??? The flute makes the tune!! Err, of course there wasn't much of a similarity during the first 26 seconds, the melody is played by the flute...
