So very cool :)

I hope we get to hit him like an inquisitor who hated him did, lol. It will be good to get closure on the whole dread wolf/Solas thing though.

I think they always planned to try and invade, I haven't seen the trailer but that's my thoughts based on previous games where it's been mentioned (Sten in Origins talks about it and says he hopes he doesn't meet you on the battlefield on that day if you're friends, in DA2 I think it's mentioned at the Qunari compound) under the Qun everyone needs to be apart of it, you submit or they make you become a mindless zombie like slave just for working a quarry or something. Fenris mentions this to Isabella during act 3 in a random team convo and that the Qunari waste nothing so wouldn't have killed her. They seem to believe they are saving everyone by converting them to the Qun.

Got Dragon Age Inquisition on the PS4 for my girlfriend (she played all the previous games too). She got really excited when I showed her the trailer haha. I started my on file on Inquisition but it's soo confusing to me >__< and I'm usually a huge fan of games like this.

Yeah, I recall them making comments. I like the Qun's system, but to me it's more of a government style than an actual religion. I dislike how they treat their mages though... that's even worse than Kirkwall's circle. Like seriously, why are they chained up like that?

I always liked the qunari, so I'm kinda sad they're finally invading. I don't think the invasion will end with the DLC tho, most likely someone rises up to drive them off. Though I could see the next game being all about the inquisitor in DA4, it would be a nice change instead of choosing a new hero to build off from.

And they mentioned Solas will def be in DA4. Some even think he might be the next villain, but I disagree. The new DLC isn't really about him but it does give some answers... my inquisitor is going to slap the hell out of him when they meet. But I do believe Solas will play a huge part in the next dragon age for the elves. He has been trying to fix his mistakes.

I haven't bought the DLC yet; I want to play DAI on my PC but my computer can barely play DAII and Origins. :/ I have it on my ps3 which for the time being, is fine but I want to take screenshots. :/ I was debating to wait to buy the DLC until I buy the PC version, but that won't be for a long time so :/. I don't want to read into the DLC spoilers or summaries even ><. I love most Dragon Age related things (I can't get myself to finish the book The Masked Empire though :/). Still, I keep forgetting about the DLC because of Happy Home Designer. ><

Yeah how they treat mages is awful, I've read some lore and If I remember correctly they view magic as too unpredictable, the Qunari word for them, Saarebas, means dangerous thing. That's why mages are chained and given to an Arvaarad to control them with control rods, sometimes have their mouths sewn shut or tongues cut out iirc. They are viewed as weapons and used in battle but have even more limited freedoms than most Qunari. I think mages and certainly the Tevinter Imperium whom they have an ongoing war with would fight them as would everyone not willing to submit to the Qun, as you can make them your allies in DA:I it will be interesting to see how that affects a war and others opinions of you if at all.

The Qun is sort of an everything, religion that controls government and every aspect of life. Under the Qun everyone is considered equal as each persons role contributes to the greater good and lavish material possessions aren't really kept iirc. There are no family units under the Qun, a fathers role ends at conception and a mother's at birth, babies are taken and raised separately by Tamassran and assigned jobs based on their ability (with some limitations) there are no marriages etc. I think quite a lot if people would struggle having their family unit broken up and not being able to switch jobs or have personal freedoms if they wished if they weren't used to that way of life, and that total obedience is a requirement. I know Bull struggled with the idea of an invasion and what it would mean for people like Sera and Varric and the mages.

It will be interesting to see what they do with Solas (will that still be used as his name even or will he be reverting to Dread wolf or Fen'Harel) I'm really looking forward to where they take that.

Personally, I admire the qun's system. However, I realize it doesn't work for everyone. I think the qunari are people with good intents, but they can't realize that some people will simply follow anarchy where it goes.

I do think the next game will be a bigger expansion on the qunari invasion (like how the dragon age 2 dlc started the plot for da:i) and perhaps a subplot in the game will feature solas. Solas has too many questions and mysteries about him, and its about time the elves rise. I feel like we still dont know much about elves... we know a lot about the dalish, but when Solas told us the truth then you realize the game doesnt tell much about the old elven culture.

I kind of want to see the hero of ferelden back, but the devs said their story is over :/ I do want to hear about a cure for the calling... if not I'll be really sad when my hero goes to the deep roads to die (w/ her husband alistair too </3)

I'm not keen on their way of life personally (I'd really miss my dad and fianc? if it were RL lol, and miss having a family connection) but it could work for some, like Bull said Cullen and Cassandra would do great if they didn't die fighting the invasion, those two love rules.

Perhaps, it would be pretty cool to fight in an invasion. More about the old elven culture would also be good, I'm not sure if the elves will ever rise in this game though as Bioware seem to want them to be the eternal underdogs. But a new Kingdom of elves would rock as I love them, I always play an elf in games (except in ESO on PC, I played an imperial in the Aldmeri Dominion).

Yes I don't think will be seeing him/her again, I read they didn't thing a voiced NPC would work for the Hero :(. But the Hero was looking for a cure (if they lived) you got a little side mission to contact them and their letter said they were following leads. My Mage Hero was mistress to King Alister and I always hoped to save them.

Can anyone tell me how much all of the dlc costs? I'm trying to look up the prices for all of them and am too lazy to go onto my ps3 to check the store.

I've been rushing to finish my Ps4 playthrough (first one was xbox 360) just so as I can play all the dlc that came out. But they're like 22 dollars each here in Australia so I might just grab Trespasser ngl.

I live in the US, so, I don't know what that'd be in US dollars ><.

I just realized that all of the DLC except the first one are for PS4 only ><. So, it looks like I need to save money for a new PC or a ps4. ><
