Cycling Dotty

I was away for 1 week, and when I come into my town . . . Isabelle stops me. She tells me that my dearest villager, Dotty, is leaving tomorrow. I am devastated to know that she is leaving, and I want to do everything I can to make her stay. Unfortunately, that's not possible. I'm going to have to do the 16 villager cycle and I need someone to hold her. You MUST have at least 10-15 positive Wi-Fi ratings and have 100%. Neutral ratings make me indecisive, any negative ones result in automatic rejection. I'm looking for experienced cyclers to hold her for me. I don't want any different Dotty, only this one. I don't have much to offer (a few black roses and a couple orange cosmos, a 25k tip) all I want is my Dotty to stay. She's been with me ever since I obtained New Leaf.

I'm not sure. It depends on how much free time I have, but it should only take a couple of days to a week. Though I won't be able to give her to you until later in the afternoon. Thank you for offering. ^^
