Don't you love it when villagers wear your design?

So I made a design for Cherry when she moved in. Was so sad when I found out it was random if she choose to wear it or not T.T

But today when I went to visit her, she was wearing it!! I am so happy right now!!

Do you have any success getting the right villager wearing your custom design? What is the algorithm they use to pick one? I just want to do a bunch for each of my villagers now lol

so being a fan of steven universe, i made a design of steven's jacket and judy decided to wear it like the queen she is

it was in my old shop and since i brought her from my previous island, she's the only one that wears it
i don't expect my villagers to wear my designs, i only put them up to make ables look nicer but i still love when they do wear them ☆

Yes and no...
I really need to design something nicer for them to wear, but I have been very uninspired.
Some of them look nice in the dress&hoodie I made but some are pretty meh in it... I need to design something nicer for them.
