Welcome to the Don't You Forget About Me: Villager Pics trading post. I've collected and done pretty much everything there is to do in this game, and have left the most tedious task until the end...collecting every villager's pic. Not to keep of course, that's for crazy people, which is why I'm opening this thread hoping to trade my way through them until I'm done.
A FEW NOTES ON HOW THINGS WILL RUN HERE: First off, most people don't understand the value of villager pics. People just assume Merengue=popular villager so her pic must also be valuable. WRONG! Villagers who never get voided from people's towns (Merengue, Julian, Zucker etc.) are the most common villager pics, so they're the least valuable. Villagers people hate and never have in their town (Spork, Hippeaux, Truffles etc.) are the villagers whose pics are rare, and therefore worth the most.
Once I've traded a pic with you, the one you submitted will then be put up for trade. Don't give me anything you'd want me to keep, because I won't be keeping any of these pics.
If you're looking to also complete this goal and have no pics to trade that I need, I will sell pics...at 3 million per pic. Highway robbery? Of course it is, but if I sell all my stock it defeats the purpose of having a trading post.
Lastly, right below this section will be an 'extinct species' list. It'd be far too time consuming to list all the pics I'm currently looking for, so when I add a species to that list it is indicative of me no longer needing any pics of related villagers...ie. if you see Deer there, don't offer me pics of Bruce or Fauna. PLEASE NOTE: I'm fairly observant, if you drop me an offer and I don't reply it means I'm passing on your suggestion. When I see offers I like I contact users via VM/PM for trades, so please don't badger me with PMs if you don't hear from me.
