Raymond is coming in from my campsite so he's fresh and ungifted and i'll be looking to trade him once he decides to leave! I'll consider any offers, currency, maybe villagers? He has found a home!

(Also, if anyone happens to be seeing this and wouldn't mind answering some questions: when is the earliest you can get a villager from someone else's town once you've started the game? My sister recently got it and I have one of her favorite villagers for her to come get but i'll be devastated if I get him in boxes just to find out she can't invite him yet ;____; )

you can invite villagers from someone else after you get your first campsite villager and they move in. Then Nook will give you the option to buy new plots and you can get villagers from someone else to fill those plots.
