I'll admit I'm not too great when it comes to making offers. I've seen folks offering 1mil for 'em elsewhere, but I haven't studied up on 'em these past couple weeks so much... What do you think'd sound like a fair price?

EDIT: should mention I'd be fine with going over 1mil. Just lemme know a ballpark of what you'd want-- I've got a comfortable amount saved, that I figure I can offer fairly. :3
