Dom or Pietro?

So my island is full of villagers I love and don't want to say goodbye to, but I need an open spot for a snooty or uchi since I currently don't have either and I want my last two emotes. So I've narrowed it down to Dom or Pietro, since I didn't really want to have 2 sheep in the first place it just kind of happened. What's your opinion on who I should keep and who should move?

My current lineup: Kid Cat, Dom, Bruce, Cyd, Pietro, Raymond, Stitches, Bob, Lolly, and Flora

Pietro's more likely to murder you in your sleep, but he's also more likely to murder you if you suggest he leaves your island.

Pietro. I like both but if you got your emotions and you really want the villager back Pietro is a lot easier to get back. Dom doesn't have an amiibo yet and I just think there are more people who want to sell/giveaway Pietro instead of Dom

I'm biased but Pietro is my boy so I of course I voted to keep him.

I will say you do have three smugs and only two jocks so if you're getting bored of the smug personality then it might be easier to downsize them.​

I greatly favor Pietro and, all things being equal, would push for Pietro to stay since his design is more elaborate and interesting. All things aren't equal however, as Dom's current lack of availability as an amiibo has been mentioned in the thread, and that's certainly something to consider. Amiibo for the new villagers might be forthcoming in the future, though I'm not 100% certain of that at the moment. The optimal route is probably to keep Dom for practicality's sake since he'd be more difficult to reacquire if you change your mind and, meanwhile, get Pietro's amiibo in case you change your mind in the opposite direction.

All that said, I still voted to keep Pietro because I just find him way more appealing overall, between the unique design and the Smug personality. Dom's cute, but recency bias aside, he's not really one I'd fuss over.

I only have 2 smug? Pietro and Raymond are my smugs. And then I have my 2 jocks, Kid Cat and Dom. That's part of the reason it's hard too because if I had 3 smug it would be Pietro going for sure.

Not a big fan of clowns so I'd say keep Dom. Pietro is probably the least creepy looking clown I've seen though.

As much as I like Dom, I vote keep Pietro based on your lineup I personally am not a fan of the jock personality so couldn't deal with more than 1 jock anyway

I would keep Pietro since he doesn’t show up in a lot of islands. Dom is a cutiepie though.
