Dojo icons for game franchises in Brawl

12: Fire Emblem

18: Kid Icarus

Confirmed/Possible future ones: Earthbound, Ice Climber, Game & Watch, Metal Gear. That's four and there are four open spaces.

That means if characters like Ness, Ice Climbers and Game & Watch return, there won't be any Sonic, Megaman, or Pikmin characters (etc)

Of course it could always go past that 18.

An Earthbound character is sure in SSBB, some Mother 3 characters were in Japan's Favorites.

Yah, that was me. They say the companies that have copyrighted characters. If there was ever Sonic, they'd have to put Sega there.

It doesn't confirm that Sonic or Megaman won't be in Brawl, it just means they'd have to change that thing if they were.

i actually hope sonic isnt in brawl. he doent really fit in because he would have to use moves he never used in his normal games in order to fill all his moveslots.
that would dissapoint sega fans, giving him new powers just for brawl...

however, if nintendo/sega can overcome my concern, them i would GLADLY own Sandbag with sonic!
