Does your cat do this?

Whenever my cat is laying on my bed sometimes I will talk in a really high pitched voice and say her name. She will run up to me and make a high pitched meow. If I'm laying on my back she with jump on my stomach and knead my arms, she also rubs her face up against mine and makes weird chirping noises. She also licks my hair and gently bites my chin and purrs. I think it's absolutely adorable! Does your cat do that?
