Does Joan sometimes not turn up?

So its Sunday and Joan should be here to sell me turnips, I haven't been able to find her all day, it's not a special day today? Does e sometimes not arrive?

I read the title and thought "Does Joan sometimes not TURN UP?" I thought it was a play on words for turnip and turn up! LOl! to answer your question, she leaves at 12 pm.
