Does inviting amiibo villager affect camper chances & villagers moving out?

From the guide it seems that the chance to get a camper the next 2 days after there was a camper on your campsite is basically 0%. What if the camper is amiibo invited, does it still count? I've invited a villager to move in, and now just inviting to get DIYs lol.

Also i feel like no villagers has asked to move out during this process, i think it's affecting it?

nvm i got an answer & apple asked to move out today. even though someone just moved out 2 days ago & marshal just moved in but still in boxes. i was starting to think the process affected it bc haven't had a thought bubble for like a week!
