Before I start planting.

Right now my oranges and apples are worth 600 bells each

Will the changing seasons change the prices of my fruits?
Will it ever change?

I have coconuts,bannanas,lemons,oranges,apples,mangos and cherries.

Cherries are my first

No. There are daily premium items that sell for twice as much as usual, and different types of fruits sell for different prices (native fruit @ 100 bells < island fruits @ 250 bells < foreign fruits @ 500 bells < perfect native fruit @ 600 bells < perfect foreign fruit @ 3.000 bells), but the prices don't change other than that.

I have another question

What will happen if new villagers are coming?
Will they take space in my farm?

Villagers can move over trees, but wont move over paths.

Yep, this is correct. The best way to protect your fruit trees is to place alternating patterns every few spaces. If you leave a 3x3 space open (without patterns), a villager can plot there and destroy your trees.

This post won't answer your question but it would be interesting how different seasons can impact prices on certain fruits. Kind of how it works in reality how some fruits and vegetables are more pricey due to not being in season.
