Does changing your character's look affect the way you appear to other players visiting your dream address?

Kind of a strange and random question, but I'm just curious... Does anybody know if changing your character's look affects the way you (or, really, the 'dream you') appear to other players who are visiting your dream address? Or does it just save and keep the look you had at the time of uploading your dream until you update it with any changes?
