Does Call of Duty 4 have viruses? Or is it just a big file for my computer? My dad is blaming me for installing it and releasing viruses into the computer <_<

Go to "Run" from the Start Menu. Type in dxdiag. Hit Ok. Give me your specs.

I mean my computer just goes to a screen with options with how to run it I pick one and the computer just goes back to the same screen again. And no, my disk is safe in my box.

There is your problem. You bought a disc
Just kidding. I just see that discs are very unreliable when compared to digitally buying games.
The only suggestion I would have would to either: Google for other people with similar problems and see if there is a patch that you might have to manually install, or uninstall the game and try reinstalling it.

Oh, if that is what you are looking for, then no, COD4 most certainly does not have viruses if you bought it.
