kinda, not really. i used to drink a 20oz red bull almost every night when i worked overnights, and it didn't really help, but i deluded myself into thinking it did so i wouldn't fall asleep by 5am. D:
Not really. Warm drinks usually make me feel calm. Even if I drink iced coffee/tea, I don't feel any more awake than I would normally be. I've never tried an energy drink before though (they smell weird to me).
