Yeah, I haven't made myself familiar with the system requirements for the PC version, but I'm certain they're up there a bit.

I'm still considering re-buying it because I don't have Live, but I heard that the login process for GTA:IV's multiplayer was a hassle. Ah well.

You do have to pay, but it's also the best online service of all three consoles.
