Well, I looked around for the past 3 hours and can't find a trainer with one. I need them to complete the stupid sinnoh dex for the National Dex.

Well I know from some videos, that trainers have them.
Just can't remember where or when.

just get an eevee from Bebe, breed it, then go make it get up a level near the 2 rocks (near snowport and in the eterna forest)

I don't have Platinum yet but in diamond i skipped every trainer possible.

don't skip trainers, you get to see new pokemon, and levels you up for later in the game :s

(although i'm missing 3 pokemon after the Elite Four lol)
