A while back, I saw this image saying that if you popped a balloon over the fourth layer, the present would be unobtainable (due to not being able to climb to the top level), and the tile it is on being un-demolishable. I was wondering if anyone knew if this glitch was still around? I want to build a fourth layer in my mountainous area, but I am deathly afraid of this happening, even if I can just avoid popping balloons outright.
