Does anyone know how to make a fingerstyle arrangement?

I've been trying to make a fingerstyle arrangement on guitar of It's Quiet Uptown from Hamilton for a few months, and I can't do it. I've been able to do it for a few other songs, but no matter what I try it's not working. Does anyone have tips or know someone who might be able to do it? If you could VM/DM me if you post so I can keep track that's be great. Thanks
