Does anyone have the rich town ordinance?

I'm trying to sell my tortimer island bugs for more than usual at retail,

I had the rich town ordinance a couple years back and it was how I made all my money.
It really drastically increased the selling price of items and so I definitely recommend it if you are looking to get a bit of money.
I only changed it back to the beautiful town ordinance as I am not very good at looking after my plants hehe..
I can't really help you more than that in terms of numbers as I don't have it right now, but I hope someone gives you the information you need!
