Does anyone have Bones and like him? 🦴

Audie got adopted today. She wasn’t for me. I am hunting on mystery islands for any villagers I like/don’t have an amiibo for and ran into Bones a few tickets in. I do not have his amiibo and he is cute. I’ve never had him in a town. Has anyone had him and recommend him?

Bones was a huge dreamie of mine for so long!!! I got him early on in NH from a mystery island, but let him go recently... He was my third lazy, and the bug talk actually turns me off to most lazies now. NH makes me love cranky characters for some reason. I swear I'm not cranky!!!

His house is a library! Not a luxurious one, more like a civic library, but it’s still really cool! Unfortunately lazy villagers are kinda boring with the bug talk and stuff...

I had to switch him out for Drago because at least Drago looks unique while he’s rambling on & on about bugs and food stains on clothing...

Drago is actually super underrated!! And I have a funny story about Bones' house in NH...

I must've done this about 3 times. I walk into Bones' house, and it looks like he's gone, but he literally would tuck his crafting bench between his two large bookshelves, completely hiding him from sight unless you rotate the camera. I remember walking out of his house really confused, only to see a "?" float up from between the bookshelves. Good times.

Also, I only gift Drago fancy business clothes because he looks even more interesting dressed up as though he was part of a corporate takeover!

Bones just moved out of my town (I gave him to someone on this site though!) and he was super sweet. I also had him in CF. He asked me like 4 times in a row to move, so I finally let him because he was in my town for a while, and I was ready for some change. I also have another lazy too, Bob.

Would highly recommend Bones, such a cute dog! Did I mention the interior of his house is a library?

He's been my favorite villager since the gamecube days. The only game where I didn't have him might have been City Folk?

I was really happy to have him again in New Horizons! He's cute, he's got play as his hobby so he's always airplaning.

He is so cute! I never had him and never thought to look for him. I was just looking for someone cute that I didn’t have a card for and he popped up. He feels really special now! I like the dogs too besides Lucky and Biskit

I had him in Wild World and he was the first villager I got attached to. He's so cute and lovable - definitely underrated!

Bones has been with me since the gamecube game, he's so cute and an all time favorite. A kind user here on the forums gave me the opportunity to adopt him very early on in the game. Love seeing him zooming around like Naruto, and his house interior went from child's room to a library which I think is really cool. Headcanon that he grew up to be the explorer he always wanted to be.
