So there's this dress I want to download:

And every image I've found of it has been too blurry for my ds to pick up on.
I found an old thread with a solution but the link to the image wouldn't work for me.

It doesn't work for me, either--like you, I'm able to load the page, but the images are just little blue error boxes.
