I don't think so honestly. But I have a dodo shirt and dodo glasses that I wear anyways. Haha. I havent been dreaming hunting too too much though. It all seems random. Some days I don't have much luck & other days I run into all kind of popular villagers. The only special islands I have run into are a hybrid island and bamboo island (and that one isn't even that rare).
