Oh Nvm it's a tier 5
Tier 5 refers to how popular a certain villager is based on how often they are sought after on the board. Doc is a tier 5, which means he's not really popular and people don't really look for him.
There's a sticky on the board where you can view villagers based on popularity.
I'm assuming what Mayor London means when they say "nvm it's a tier 5" refers to how they no longer want him because he's not very sought after.

Wait what!!! So you were gonna take Doc for what reason??? He's obviously not your dreamie, were you just gonna sell him? I'm pretty sure King Kyle wants him to go to a loving home, not him to be reselled. Also, there are plenty of cool villagers in Tier 5 like Purrl. Saying "Oh he's in Tier 5 so I don't want him" just doesn't add up.

On top of that, you have a negative wifi rating for stealing hybrids. I don't like Doc, but just because you want a villager because theyre popular, even if you hate them is not cool

Although I don't like being mean to to anyone I completely agree. You should not be wanting villagers just because they are "expensive and tier 1" you should be wanting them because they are your dreamies and you love them! Please do not do this so that others can get their dreamies (even if they are Tier 5!!) Because every Tier no matter what rank is a good tier and all villagers are great even though they may not be your favorite. This is a loving community and I hope that you give back:3
