I'm always sort of annoyed that I cannot buy stone durability axes at Nooks Cranny but I can of every other tool. Most people that play don't need to chop down trees since we have the ability to move them with fruit and a shovel. It sucks having to waste wood and time to create one every time you're farming wood. Also sucks that the final golden axe is one used for chopping not for collecting wood which is much more useful.

It's a tiny bit annoying, but it's not really that bad since I never really carry around stone axes anymore anyway. I tend to go wood chopping in big bursts and harvest all the trees on my island in one session, and when I do that I just buy loads of flimsy axes from the nook's cranny instead. While they're nowhere near as durable as stone axes and therefore not really preferred, using flimsy axes all the time does help with getting the gold axe recipe further down the line.
Yeah I just don't like having to waste 3 wood every time. Would be nice to just buy a better durability and maybe customizable axe straight from the shop instead.
fair. the game gives you a limited amount of wood each day and they take it away. sad story.
Yeah maybe it's just partially me being lazy too lol. I just really enjoy the convenience of being able to buy the tools.
me too but nook mile achievement is torturing me with 3000 tools that needs to be crafted

I just raid mystery islands to get my wood. I would like if we could customize stone axes tho
It be cool if they have different skins, shapes, and sizes like other games. I don't mind an axe the size of cloud's sword from FF7.
It would make things easier but at this point I don't really mind. I only chop wood to get nook miles+ and the flimsy axe is enough for that. It always breappks on the other side of town but that's on me for the way I placed my buildings and trees.

Not at all! Breaking 10 tools a day would take 300 days...
If I could buy fish bait (aside from this forum (sorry @Jhine7 )) I would be so happy. Manila clams are not my favorite flavor.

Funny thing is in a other timeline you love the manila clams. and a Other you is playing Animal crossing on a PS Vita. But Joke side. Maybe they add them to the store List as i hate to use a normal ax and risk cutting down a tree by misstake
