Do you use ACNL to procrastinate?

I use just about anything, including basic stuff like eating and showering to procrastinate.

I do it all the time without thinking...it's so easy to just dp villager requests or check the shops..do a bit of mindless landscaping. I do enjoy playing on it too of course

I play the game way too much when I'm on an AC kick. I even played it the other day instead of doing laundry, so yeah I would say I use it to procrastinate. xD

I play for love of the game. It has helped me through many a bad period of time in my life. in 2009, I was severly burned in an accident and was bedridden for a year. I couldn't walk at all because the damage was to my legs and feet. The pain was excrutiating. ACNL got me through that long year of being immobile and then three more years of rehabilitation. And while my father was dying, I played all the time after settling him into bed each night. And now that my mother has mid-line Alzheimer's, I play almost every night after she goes to sleep. It is a safe, welcoming environment in which I don't have to think at all. I can spend hours landscaping towns. Laying down tile patterns and shrubs is extremely calming after a long day of real-life stuff. But I don't really have time to procrastinate, so it's not an issue for me.
