My teacher gave someone a 100% for plagiarized work, he copy the whole report. I did also, only like 8 questions though. But I had him help me, and he copyed the questions (the eight questions.) I was not aware UNTILL my teacher told me. I got a 0. And a punishment. Yes the teacher knew he plagiarized the work. And still gave him a 100%.

Soo he got a 100 for plagiarizing and you got a 0 for plagiarizing? Just making sure since I could only understand half of it

There was so much unnecessary information in your post it became confusing. It's not fair but that doesn't mean you should try and get your "ex bff" in trouble over it. Unless their mark effects your own I wouldn't worry about it. You've nothing to gain from this, the most that could happen is them failing too. Next time you should just avoid cheating yourself and not worry about what others have done.

Look, no offence to you but you are making very bold claims without much evidence to back it up. Throwing the sex and race card usually never goes in your favor unless you have clear, decisive accounts that can prove your allegations, again you do not. Your best bet moving forward is to bring this to your counselor and see how they can help you.

As to the report, if your account is what you say then you both should get 0% for plagiarizing or those respective questions wrong. Depending on your class' stance on punishment. To bring back a point, you should talk to your counselor and bring up these issues between yourself, the other student, and your teacher. Try to bring as much credible information you can because that is what helps your case, not baseless claims on sexism/favoritism/racism. I am not saying that those things did not play a factor, I am saying that those are things that are very difficult to prove and very dangerous to claim on all sides.

Well you plagiarized as well, so it's only fair that you get zero. Why would you even care about him or his grades and have him help you if he isn't your friend?

The teacher should of given you both zeros if she knew you two plagiarized. Or maybe plagiarize better next time.

True. :/ I just am angry because I did not even do it. I asked him for help and he did it. I was not even aware that he did.

He did not though.

I think you both deserve an F. That is, if I'm understanding this correctly. It sounds like you both intended plagiarism. The way you worded it is confusing as hell.

Wait, is the teacher male or female, because first you say he then go "the teacher is a while female."

Also, what makes you think the teacher knows your ex-friend copied?

My teacher gave somebody full credit for plagiarized work. I also plagiarized, but only on part of the report.
I had him help me, but at the time I did not know he had plagiarized his work.
I got a 0 and a punishment, while he got off scott free.

Yes, the teacher did know he plagiarized. Is this fair?

I tried rewriting it to clarify. Did I get it right?

And no. It is not fair. I would email him/ talk to him. Although.. it does sound like you might've copied his answers if the work your teacher is suspicious of is "plagiarized", so a 0 may be justified.

Who would seriously call that fair?

Your signature is my favorite thing.
