Do you think of Papi as an Okapi or a Horse?

I'm gonna be honest, I really thought he was just a horse when he moved in, but now everyone said he's an Okapi. To me he looks NOTHING like an Okapi, and still reminds me of a pinto horse. What do you think of him as? Okapi or Horse?

He was designed to be an okapi, so that's what I like to think he is. Okapi and horses look pretty similar anyway, imo.

Whatever he is I love him 'cause he shares my birthday and is an awesome looking horse/okapi. But yeah, he looks like an Okapi, and I like to think that animals that are classed as one thing don't necessarily have to be that thing if they're based off of something else.

He was definitely designed as an okapi. The AC Wiki tells me that his Japanese name is オカッピ (okappi), and my first thought when I saw him was, "Oh, he kind of looks like an okapi!"

I think it's moreso the face that makes him look more horse-like, since the only thing he has going for him is the coloring. He does look a lot like a pinto horse, haha. If his face was skinnier, he'd see him as an okapi better. I do still like thinking of him as an okapi, though, since it adds variety to the villagers and shows creativity on the part of the game artists.

He is one of the kind of villagers I like most, the unique ones. Just like Hans is a Yeti, Julian is a unicorn, Drago is a dragon, Tammi is a Ring Tailed Lemur, etc.

Omg I know... he's the sweetest! He looks so innocent and childlike, plus he gave me a fireplace today and I've been looking for one everywhere! Unfortunately, I don't have room for him in my town once I get all my other dreamies over, so I'm going to try and get him the best home ever when the time comes. I really don't understand why he's in tier 5 though...

However because of his overall body shape I would say he is a zorse or a zonkey.
Pinto horses don't have stripes.

Papi is a hybrid Okapi-Horse nothing can convince me otherwise.

I 100% guaranty I'll love him forever he's one of my absolute fave villagers and he will never leave my town unless it's be accident.
