Do you think octopus villagers are becoming more common?

I found Zucker after maybe 20 total tours and decided to invite him to my island.

Not sure if they're more "rare" considering it's just a new way to get villagers.

I've done approx. 25 tours and rolled both Marina and Octavian. I moved em both in!
