Still have Hamlet, and in fact, I have his house directly next to mine. I love Hamlet, I don't think I'll ever get rid of him. I just enjoy the idea of my jock villager, who constantly talks about protein shakes and his abs, being a tiny pudgy hamster. And him always running around and talking about running puts me in the mindset of a hamster in a hamster wheel.
Canberra, on the other hand, I no longer have. Never really cared for her much. So, I let her move away at the first opportunity. Unfortunately, the game gifted me another Sisterly villager to replace her, and I got Shari, who I liked even less. Happy ending, though. I currently have Cherry as my Sisterly villager, whom I like quite alot.
What about the rest of you? Any of you still have either of your starter villagers?
My first two were Flo and Louie.
Louie is long gone... He kind of was creepy looking.
I still have Flo and intend to keep her. I would like to revert her house back to the one she's supposed to have (not the newbie house they get when they upgrade from a tent), but I need her to move out temporarily and move her back in to do so.
Canberra was the first villager I moved out. I liked conversations with her, but she just always looked angry to me. XD
I kept Pierce around until the end of July and got his photo before he moved out. I liked his design, but I gifted him way too much junk and bugs/fish.
nope. shari left pretty early & then lyman i had to swap with dom since i can only have 1 jock.
from the first 5 line-up marina just moved out, so only apple & jeremiah are left

I had Genji and Shari as my starting villagers. I loved them both, and feel I was very lucky in that regard, though I have since let Shari move away. Genji is staying with me forever. He’s my little buddy. I really did like Shari, though, she has a such a sweet look to her.
My first were Diva and Mott. Grew to like Diva but she was the first to want to leave. I was never a fan of Mott so when Merry came to the campsite recently she swopped with him so I finally got rid of him and I love her
We don't really let villagers leave our island though, as my three-year-old son is very attached to them all. The only one he was happy to let go was Marshal.
My first two were Sprocket and Katt. I don't have either of them anymore! I always say if my villagers want to leave and they have starter homes that I'd let them. Sprocket was the first to leave, and Katt was the most recent to go. Sprocket gave great DIYs initially but we never clicked! Katt was great, I just wanted to experience new villagers.
Does it count if I move one of them back in? I’m planning on getting Deirdre back but Pierce is leaving (I love the guy but I’m having a deer-majority island).
I still have Rudy, though not The Rudy I started with since I ruined his house with random gym equipment before I decided I wanted him to stay forever and then there’s the fact I didn’t like his starter house. I used Samson’s amiibo card to kick him out and then used his amiibo card to kick Samson out. Until I met Rudy in NH, I did not like jocks because I had Hamlet in NL as a starter and the muscle and sweat talk bothered me. I still don’t like that jock talk, but Rudy grew on me the minute I talked to him. I liked how he sounds and he was a cat and I was willing to give him a chance though I had originally planned to let him leave; also used to not like his design but now I find him really adorable especially when he’s happy he has a friend visiting him or gets excited.
Fuchsia has been gone for some time. I still have Lily who I am about to let go (reluctantly because I have grown fond of her, though again, I don’t like the starter house) to start cycling through different villagers since I want to meet more before getting inviting two/three more of my favorites.
Sprinkles was my latest one to leave. She pinged me a couple times before i got her picture but had stopped pinging me after I got all the extra I wanted.
My starters were Coach and Fuchsia, I just moved them out in the last two weeks.
I loved having both of them on my island and I'm glad they were my starters!
Cherry and Leonardo. Both gone now. There were points that I thought they both were going to make the cut to my final list but I decided I wanted more species variety (i.e. less mammals) so I swapped Cherry for Phoebe and I have only recently said goodbye to Leonardo and will be on the hunt for Sly to replace him as my jock. I do kind of miss them both though. If they gave us another 5 villager slots at some point there's a high chance I'd bring Leonardo back.
