I work in a bank and usually say cash, but that's because I'm referring to bills themselves more often than not. Even when I'm not talking about the physical bills, I say cash flow. I hardly ever say money.

Although sometimes I write moolah or cash money or monies on my withdrawal tickets when I'm getting cash.
