do you prefer your hot wings dry or wet?

personally, i prefer dry rubbed wings. they’re not nearly as messy, and easier to dip.
lemon pepper is my favorite.

depends on what kind of sauce it is, but wet are good too.

(i had spicy masala dry rub wings yesterday and they were top tier)

Wet and paddles all day (or flats as they may be more well known as). I one time had dry wings that the seasoning wasn't cooked properly on and inhaled it and had a coughing fit. and I just loveeee paddles.

GUYS, when I was on a train, I had a delay in Virginia which lasted for an hour. I attended this Korean BBQ joint and bought 10 DOUBLE FRIED WINGS covered in sweet sriracha sauce with french fries and pickled radishes. The sauce was like a dry rub but saucing enough that I wasted tons of lovely napkins. The bill was 28$ including tip, but the magic of experiencing heaven from eating those wings are definitely worth the money spent.

Now i'm hungry. ;-;

I prefer dry ones, just slightly dipped in barbecue. I love boned wings! They taste so much better than boneless, which I do not like at all.

We get out wings from Buffalo Wild Wings and I usually never order dry rubs if I can help it. I feel like 9 times out of ten the chicken is overcooked when you get a dry rub. I love boneless and bone-in, though I feel like boneless wings are just glorified chicken nuggets. And lastly I prefer flats to drums.

I also love putting wings in the air fryer and tossing with honey barbecue or garlic parmesan sauce. Definitely my go-to when I'm feeling lazy about dinner.

wet! i'm a big fan of hot sauce and thus like saucy wings lol, although it definitely depends on the flavour -- there are some flavours that work way better in dry form, i'm just a fan of classic buffalo so i like those sauced.

also, flats because they're way easier to eat! i had braces for 7 years and gnawing at drumsticks was way more difficult than eating a flat wing so i fell into preferring the latter :')
