do you prefer normal pencils or mechanical pencils?

I like normal pencils because I can get a whole pack vs. just one mechanical pencil. They last a lot more time with me, since I tend to lose pencils easily.

i love the smooth texture of a mechanical pencil. normal pencils usually make my spd go crazy

I prefer normal pencils, since breaking lead is annoying and it happens somewhat often when I use mechanical pencils, lmao. Compared to that (and refilling lead), sharpening normal pencils is a bit less annoying for me.
