I've been doing a lot of trading/shopping/selling on this forum for the last couple of weeks and there is something that made me wonder - is 594k the same as 600k?

Let's say you are buying something for 600k - will you drop 6 bags of 99k or will you drop 6 bags of 99k and a bag with 6k?
Now let's raise the numbers a bit. You are buying something for 2 mil bells. Do you drop 20 bags of 99k or do you drop 20 bags of 99k and a bag with 20k?

Do people expect others to pay fully, do they get upset if the last few bells are forgotten? What is your opinion about this? And do you consider the 99k bells per bag limit a problem?

Personally I prefer to pay and get paid fully. I always give the last 6 or 20k, so I've paid the right amount. If someone buys something and they give you 6 bags of 99k, it's not reeeeaally 600k. It's just 594k. It's not the same - in my opinion!

If I was to buy something, I'd pay the six 99k bell bags and the other 6k.
It's the full amount of bells, so really it should be payed. But it's only a small amount, so I wouldn't mind, but as you have stated, it isn't the same.

I find it more generous to pay the full price they sell it for/buy it for.

Not paying fully is scamming the person. If you have trouble counting, you can round each bag of 99k as 100k. For each bag you drop, multiply the number of bags dropped by 1000, and that'll fill in the remaining amount.

I pay in full but I did get paid short from a 3 million trade. I don't mind cuz it's much easier for me to just count the bags dropped on the ground.

i always pay in full. everything else is just scamming the person you're doing business with, whether it's 1k or 100k. you agreed on a price, pay it.

If the person doesn't say something, I might forget a bit. I feel kinda bad and last time that happen I decided to come up with how many bags I would have to drop.

Last time I was off by 100k. And I payed that 100k when they brought it to my attention.
I hope this doesn't make me a bad person p-p I am just forgetful.

I always pay in full. There have been times when I didn't feel like calculating how much it would cost so I just overpay.
I'd much rather pay more than do math.

I always pay in full. (I've dealt with several people who charged amounts in 99k bags which does make it easier though.) For larger amounts I think it's easier on both parties to sell & buy through retail.

I paid for a hairbow wig once with a 99k bag, but it was a while ago and I thought 99k bags were 99,999 bells. :s Since I found out they were only 99,000, I always pay in full.

I usually always pay in full, but i'll let it slide if someone else doesn't pay me the extra little bag.

Pay in full, although I did accidentally short somebody by 20,000 bells due to me miscounting. I contacted her about it and gave it to her, though.

It's simply paying what you said you would... If you don't, then you broke the deal, so of course I pay it and expect others to.

I always pay in full or I give an extra 99k.

As for being payed myself.. I guess it depends on the amount. I am not too picky on bells. I have more than enough so if I get mor or less I am not too bothered.

Though it's always good to be honest in trades. ^^
