Pokémon Do you like Buzzwole?

I had a discussion recently with two people about this Pokemon and I’m curious what everyone’s opinion about this Pokemon and its design.

Do you like it or hate it?

I didn’t get to play the game it was it so can’t say if I like it in battle, but design wise right now I’m not a fan and I pick the squash it option, though my recently conversations has made me appreciate its design a bit more than before.

I voted "It’s okay" because there isn’t "I don't like it" option, and "I hate it" it's a bit too much

Buzzwole is one of those few Pokemon that I think are ugly as hell, but at the same time I appreciate its design. Those huge muscles look just ridiculous and I think it was meant to be that unserious 'let me show you my muscles' type. I can totally understand why people like it, it's not my thing though.

That’s exactly what I started to realize after talking to someone else about how much I hate it or at least its design lol. Talking to them made me realize fhat maybe their design was meant to be kinda ridiculous in a humorous way. It does give the pokemon more personality too for sure like the way you described.

I voted that I liked it. Its not bad considering its supposed to be from an eldritch-like universe. I find it comical that Buzzwole and Pheromosa are based on the two insects most people dislike: mosquitoes and cockroaches, respectively. Its better than some other UBs on my personal list.

It's all right. A buff bug is a weird concept, but at least it stands out.

I looooove the Ultra Beast design philosophy of making them really oddball and alien, with most of them lacking complete facial features iirc (for context, Buzzwole is part of a group called the "Ultra Beasts" which are alien Pokemon from another dimension)

Buzzwole in particular took a while for me to warm up to, but I rly like it now. I think its muscles being big sacs of liquid is a cool design element... Using bug-like features to create the illusion of humanoid features. So neat

It has an interesting concept, giant mosquito that swoles its muscles up with blood (I think it's supposed to be blood but this is Pokemon, idk if that'll be kid friendly). But there are far more interesting designed Ultra Beasts out there

I went with "it's okay"! I'm not really a big fan of ultra beasts in general, except Nihilego because it's parasitic and it looks like a jellyfish (!!). Still, I don't have any strong feelings against Buzzwole, so it's ok!
