Do you know if this yellow hood exists?

The one Digby wears when it rains, and the one that the player wears in rain/snow in happy home designer? I was hoping it was in new leaf but I can't tell

Sadly that coat doesn't exist in New Leaf. It's only in HHD as you said, and even then you can only wear it when it's raining. The closest you can come to it in New Leaf wold be the yellow raincoat + school hat
