Kind of? My grandmother was given the name Julia and I think it's still her legal name, but she changed it to Julie. I also know a Yuliya, which is the Ukrainian form.

A friend/neighbor that I had when I was a child was named Lea and I played basketball on a team with a girl named Leah when I was a kid. Honestly think I only remember her because she used to get knocked down all the time, D: I hope she's less accident prone these days...
