My name is Caliope and I got called "Caloopie" ONCE by a child my old best friend and I were babysitting and by the next day everyone started calling me that. I also get called "Cal" by the people who can't pronounce my name.

EDIT: Do I like them? Yes, I love them! I think you have to own up to those sorts of things and act like it’s what you wanted all along, otherwise it becomes a nuisance your whole life.

My best friend calls me Tea, or Tiny Tea, and I love it. Sometimes people call me Tana, or Tani, or even Monty (like Monty Python and The Holy Grail) which I have no problem with either. My family calls me Rae, and my dad specifically calls me Raeburnitas (he’s a funny man, that one is). A lot of people have come up with ridiculous nicknames in the past that I despised, honestly made me never want to tell anybody my name ever again. So now I usually just introduce myself as Tea (or T).

My family calls me Lou, and overall that's my only nickname. Irl, my name is Lillian, and I prefer people to call me that over a nickname. My friends sometimes call me Lil, which I don't mind. I only usually mind nicknames when people call me Lily :v Only because I never go by it, and people just assume by default that I go by it. It doesn't feel right to me xD

There's not a whole lot of nicknames one can make out of my name besides just adding a few letters after it or having it become a different name, I don't really mind it personally but I prefer to be called by my real name instead!
