I'm male myself and I definitely have more female friends, it's just that the group I hang around with at school has more girls than guys in it. But it's not overwhelmingly more, I'd say I have like 6 male friends from school and maybe 10 female friends or something like that. My best friend is a guy, but I also have a lot of close girl friends.

why do so many people here have no friends....... anyway i dont have a lot of friends but almost all of them are girls, there are like two men im friends w but thats about it
I think I might have a couple more female friends, but they're pretty equal. I also have a very grey continuum between good friends and friends I just see around, so it's hard for me to draw the line...
man ever since i moved 5 years ago i havent made a single friend close enough to keep connections to
when i was younger like in 3rd grade back in new jersey i was friends with mainly boys since i never had (and still don't) an interest in makeup and clothes; i liked pokemon and video games
but eventually in 5th grade the boys and girls who played with each other just fine started to split up into their own groups which i call the "cooties years", usually all boys or all girls, and i never felt the need to do that cuz im autistic and Didnt Get It Socially so it was kinda heartbreaking when i couldnt hang out with my lads anymore. but i didnt want to join the girls who were influenced by their competitive suburb soccer moms. the whole neighborhood was like italian except for me lmao so i was always left out
unless youre talking about online friends it's a fair mix. i have a lot of trans and nb friends but overall i'd say more girls who are nerdy

I'm pretty much 50/50.
Usually mixed of boys and girls or mostly girls. Well, I could say "used to be" because I rarely hang out with them nowadays. I'm perfectly contented being with my partner and my little girl. They're equivalent to having a million genuine friends.

Online friends I have a female friend, but we dont talk to often, unless it is art related
I have had female friends sometimes but We dont really talk so they're more of people I am acquainted with that I might talk to once or twice a year. With the online community alot of gamers tend to be guys and I have encountered quite a few girls but I dont really bother to get to know them since we will probably never talk unless we're in the same discord because someone else invited me.Regardless I rather enjoy my current group of friends and would rather spend my time with them ^^
In real life I have 2 best friends who are females and no guy friends really. My Female friends I have known for 8 years now. I am a girl and I have more male friends.
Irl I don't have too many friends atm due to the fact I tend to isolate myself. :') I graduated HS last year and all my old friends are either finishing up HS or left for college. I used to have a decently evened out friend group though? I hung out with pretty much the same amount of guys and girls.
Currently, the people I talk to on the regular are my best friend who's a girl and my boyfriend.
If internet friends are included, I have several people I talk to all the time on discord, known them for a few years! Most of them are guys.
