Apparently so. My doctor claimed I have it or whatever and she's just been giving me some pills and tips on how to deal with it and stuff idk. But I've actually been sleeping a lot better since then, I wake up in the middle of the night a lot but not as bad as before and I fall back asleep right away.

Anyway, she said it was caused by stressing over so many things and all the jeez so try not to think too much about every little things.

I don't think I have insomnia but it can take hours for me to get to sleep sometimes. I'm either out in a few seconds or up most of the night, there isn't much of an inbetween.
 
I do have insomnia I go to bed around 12-1 and wake up at 10-11 but I still feel tired I stress over a lot of things I used to wake up in the middle of the night but not anymore
 
Nah, I don't. I just lack good time management so I always end up staying up really late into the night.

I go through periods where I sleep well and periods where I'm laying in bed staring at the ceiling until 6 am, even though I laid down at 10 pm. I wouldn't say I have chronic insomnia since I don't ALWAYS have trouble sleeping but I've definitely dealt with it before
 
I used to, during a time in my life when I was severely depressed and dealing with personal trauma that brought upon tremendous stress. I needed prescribed barbiturates to fall / stay asleep. The withdrawal was terrible.

I'll have trouble falling asleep every now and then, but it has to do with what I did / didn't do that day. I think a lot of people use the term insomnia too lightly, when they actually mean they have poor sleep habits. Staying wired from being glued to electronic devices too close to bedtime, not getting enough physical activity, poor diet choices etc. will make anyone have trouble falling asleep.
 
I may not have insomnia, but every once in a while I'll have nights where I can't sleep. Thats why I'm up right now.
