I just would like to know, how the hell does it lower your grades? I mean, you can't completely abolish homework, it's good review of material (though too much can consume time, I'll give you that. But a small amount is fine, only if it's beneficial).

And even if they get rid of homework, how will they cram the extra material into a school day? This means lengthening the school day, which would cause more stress.

Unfortunately there are a lot of cliches as well as grammatical errors. It's a good start but you do repeat yourself a bit. By the end of the paper it's understandable if you run out of things to say but as an opinion from a college student I reccomend you clean up some of your grammar and not have quite as many cliches as you do. Aside from that it's pretty good for a 7-8th grade paper.
