Do you get the Spooky Table Setting before Halloween night?

According to ACNH.Guide app you can but it's the last pre Holloween night diy I haven't gotten and none of my villagers are making it. I've checked four days in a row three times a day. They have yet to sell it in Nook's Cranny too and I check every day.

My villagers are back making ordinary DIYs all three times a day.

Is the app wrong and it can only been gotten on Holloween night?

I have it, although I can't remember off the top of my head if I crafted it after receiving the DIY or bought it from Nook's. But regardless, it isn't locked to Halloween so you should be able to obtain it soon!
