do you favour your villagers bugs/fish?

i was just wondering, when your villagers ask for favours of fish or bugs, do you:
1. say yes and complete it
2. say yes and do not do it
3. say no

what do you find are the repercussions? IE: do you get rid of the fish/bug later, or do you just leave it in their house and not care?

Some tasks I'll deny all of my villagers, like catching bugs and fish, but I'll gladly fetch perfect fruit for my favorite villagers.

I usually decline the request as it makes their houses look really ugly. I only do them for villagers who never seem to display the fish/bugs and don't have a table to put them on.

very interesting, i never even thought about villagers who don't have a table.
lol i'm awful, i say yes but i never do it. i can't bring myself to say no, i'm one of those people (only in AC though heh)

I always say yes without catering to their request. I'm fine with customization and all, but bugs and fish are never going in their houses.

if they want a little pet they can get a little pet. idk how they sell their pets so fast tho like they turn around and trade the pet i just got them and it makes me so sad bc, how could you abandon your ****ing pet you big animals

I always say yes to fish/bug requests, and I try my best to complete said requests.

I don't mind them displaying the insects and fish in their houses, because it just shows how I've interacted with and changed that villager over time.

I do unless I have no time. It's actually a bad habit, because of that they do have too much crap in their houses. I always try to send them their original furniture afterwards

If it is something I know I can't do, I say no, if it is something I can do and done before I would say yes and work my hardest to complete it if it is a certain type, if it is just get me a river fish, one second I am by the river one second I am done, lol!

N?1, I really don't care what their houses look like. If I do, I'll send them nice furniture in a letter.
It gives friendship points, and not every bug or fish is hideous, so why not?
Sometimes of course I forget but most of the time I do my best to remember

I do this as well.I only give them small "pet size" fish and certain bugs...no cicadas!!!I'll do all their other requests if it's possible to do it during the same session I'm playing in.If they ask for exotic creatures that can only be caught at a certain time of day,I won't do it.

Yeah, since I have all the villagers I want, I usually say yes. I say yes to villagers who ask for bugs/fish, but don't get it for them. Unless it's for Bluebear.

Bluebear gets whatever she wants.

intriguing. i've been contemplating just giving them rare fish if they ask for the 'any type' but i don't want them to keep it forever. maybe i should be less annoying/controlling lol

I always say yes unless I'm about to quit and know I won't be playing later that day. I'll at least try to get them what they want but if they want something really rare that's usually not happening.
